Custom Domain Names and Let's Encrypt Certificates

When adding custom domains to your project, we'll attempt to issue a Let's Encrypt certificate and include all the new domains as Subject Alternative Names (SANs) on the certificate.  This will allow HTTPS Strict Transport Security (HSTS) to be enabled for any of your custom domains, since they should be covered by our auto generated certificate.
